Frank Seifert MBA
Production Management, Chemnitz University of Technology
Mr. Frank Seifert is the Founder and President of NOVA PM Inc. and brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in project management, industrial operations, and business development, managing teams of up to 160 employees. He specializes in property management, operational excellence, contractor coordination, tenant relations, and strategic business growth, combining executive leadership with hands-on property management expertise. Frank is fluent in English and German and serves as a Volunteer Logistics Coordinator with Team Rubicon in Halifax, supporting disaster response and community resilience initiatives.
Jim Miller
Mr. Jim Miller is a property management and house care professional with more than 10 years of experience managing residential properties, conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and overseeing landscaping and snow removal services. He has successfully managed approximately 15 residential properties, including tenant screening, lease administration, contractor coordination, and day-to-day property operations, earning a reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and exceptional client service. Jim also serves as a Metropolitan Lead with Team Rubicon, providing leadership and coordination for volunteer teams supporting disaster response and community service initiatives.

JDSE Contracting Services is founded and managed by Mr. Jan Schneider. Since entering into the construction industry in 2005, JDSE has been recognized as providing dependable quality craftmanship in custom interiors, installations & renovations in the Halifax and surrounding areas. Jan Schneider assists clients with top of the line services, always providing personalized attention to detail to ensure precision and complete customer satisfaction.
Tim Edgerton BSc
Mr. Tim Edgerton is an engineer with over 40 years experience in different facets of engineering. He is also a qualified and licensed Home Inspector, having owned his own inspection company for many years in Nova Scotia. He is one of the very few inspectors to inspect to the Canadian National Inspection Standards program. Additionally Tim is a licensed and registered Radon Inspector with the Canadian National Radon Proficiency Program (C-NRPP).
